The law office of Rakowski & Part­ners was founded in 2002 by attor­ney at law Marcin Rakowski, whose legal career dates back to 1995 when he joined Amhurst Brown one of the first UK law firms to enter the Polish market. He then con­tin­ued to prac­tice law at both Polish and inter­na­tional leading law firms such as Miller Can­field and Wardyński and Part­ners. The work exper­i­ence of Marcin Rakowski also includes working in London’s City at both Clif­ford Chance and Allen & Overy offices. Thanks to the above both domestic and inter­na­tional exper­i­ence as well as the exper­i­ence of the whole team of Rakowski & Part­ners our law office offers a full range of legal ser­vices to both Polish and foreign busi­ness entit­ies and private clients oper­at­ing in Poland as well as advising those looking to enter the Polish market. Our legal ser­vices include all aspects of busi­ness and public law, as well as rep­res­ent­a­tion of our clients in any civil, crim­inal or admin­is­trat­ive pro­ceed­ings, includ­ing the pro­ceed­ings before the Main Admin­is­trat­ive Court and the Supreme Court.

Our expert­ise includes par­ti­cip­a­tion in a number of PHARE project and acting as expert advisors to the Polish Min­istry Of Economy.
